By accessing and using LLMGenerator ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LLMGenerator is a web service that generates llms.txt files for websites to improve their discoverability by Large Language Models. The service includes:

• Website crawling and content extraction
• Automated llms.txt file generation
• File hosting and management
• API access for integration

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credit System and Billing

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are consumed at a rate of 1 credit per URL processed
• Enhanced generation uses 2 credits per URL
• Credits never expire once purchased
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• Credits are refunded if generation fails due to our service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Process websites you don't own or have permission to crawl
• Generate content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Regarding content and intellectual property:

• You retain ownership of your website content
• Generated llms.txt files belong to you
• You grant us permission to process your content to provide the service
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• Compatibility with all websites or content types
• Specific response times for processing
• Permanent storage of generated files

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Unused credits remain valid after account deletion
• Generated files may be retained according to our data retention policy

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts of Brazil, in accordance with Brazilian law.
