Refund Policy

At LLMGenerator, we want you to feel confident every time you make a purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds apply to our credit packages and subscription plans.

1. Credit Packages

Credits purchased as one-time packages are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that no credits have been used. Once any credits from a package have been consumed, that package is no longer eligible for a refund.

Unused credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely, so we encourage you to use them at your own pace.

2. Subscription Plans

Monthly and annual subscription plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge or renewal date, as long as fewer than 20% of the plan's monthly credits have been used during that billing period.

If you cancel a subscription after the 7-day window, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

3. Used Credits

Credits that have been spent on generation jobs are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. This includes:

  • Successful llms.txt generations
  • Partial generations (e.g., job interrupted due to site errors)
  • Regenerations of previously generated files

If a generation fails due to an error on our side, we will restore the credits used at no cost to you. Please contact us with the job ID so we can investigate.

4. Exceptions

We evaluate refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis for situations including:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing system error
  • Unauthorized charges reported within 30 days
  • Technical failures on our infrastructure that prevented use of the service

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@llmgenerator.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of purchase and amount charged
  • A brief description of the reason for your request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
